Wow! What kind of lopsided poll is this? Let's not give anyone a choice of anything...

If there willing to let us use the Mill Creek Baptist Church, why not. People will be there to play chess, and if the facility is good, lets go for it.

Cool poll. What happened to the Pritchard Center being considered?

Ok, it's my fault. I just wanted to try out the poll feature of the forum as we've not used it before. We will have a full discussion of all the options at our meeting Tuesday.
I think Prichard would be the best location because of location. Questions that must be answered though are: Do we need to pay upfront? And if we do, how do we get the money and can we be reinbursed by the State. Who will coordinate the concessions? Discussion: If there is only one room available at Prichard it means that other activities will be going on at the same time. How will that affect noise level and watching all the kids that will be there. At Mill Creek we would be the only ones there.
If we go with Mill Creek no one will have to sign anything and we won't have to worry about money. The only thing we will need to provide is help setting up.
There may be additional options on the table by Tuesday.
No decision will be made without a "formal vote" at Tuesday night's meeting.

Mill Creek was voted as the site for the "games" at the meeting on the 17th. I got there late and it had already been decided before I arrived.
I'm glad to see that you are checking the Forum.

My thanks to Johnny and Jerry for making the Bluegrass Games a success. I realize I am leaving a few names out, so I will apologize now for those I missed . I believe all had a good time.
